Dental Tip...
Replace your toothbrush every two to three months, or as soon as the bristles are worn or bent. A worn-out toothbrush does not clean your teeth properly and can hurt your gums. You should also replace your toothbrush after you've had a cold.

DENTAL TRIVIA AND TIPS
- The first toothbrush was made by William Addis of Clerkenwald, England.
- Although many people believe raisins are much healthier than chocolate, they can cause a higher incidence for tooth decay, due to their sticky
properties and adherence to the tooth's surface for prolonged periods of time.
- The higher the sugar content in foods, the greater the risk of cavities.
- The amount of time food remains in the mouth, the greater the chance for decay.
